You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
✅ Conditions for Return
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Please include the original packaging and any labels (e.g., fabric care tags).
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
📦 How to Initiate a Return
Log into your account and visit the "Order History" section.
Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide your reason.
You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it at your nearest post office or designated carrier.
Don't have an account? Contact our customer service team with your order number and email address.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund and post it to your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for faulty or incorrect items.
🔄 Exchanges
We currently offer easy refunds so you can re-order your desired size or color quickly. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
Face masks, hosiery, and underwear.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with a heavy discount code.

We're so sorry if something's wrong! Please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will gladly cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. Please include photos of the issue.
